Banasthali Vidyapith is the world’s largest fully residential women’s university with more than 12,000 students. It is a university with distinct educational ideology, offering a variety of programs from nursery up to doctoral level across a wide spectrum of disciplines to prepare enlightened citizens with strong value-base.
‘Bank of America Centre of Excellence for Financial Planning Training and Research for Women at Banasthali Vidyapith’ Bank of America – CoE- FPTRW is the first of its kind of initiative by any university of India. B.A. Continuum India Pvt Ltd (A wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America) is the key supporter of this project and has donated a generous grant under CSR. The CFPTRW has also received support from Icetrail Logistics and Banasthali alumna for boosting financial literacy and research.
CFPTRW is working towards boosting financial literacy among women including rural women, working women and girl students and adopted an integrated approach while linking research to these three target groups.
