State Bank of India, the biggest bank of India with strong financial muscle and a network of more than 17,000 branches, donated a generous grant to partially fund the SBI School of Commerce and Banking at Banasthali University, the premier university for women in India.

The official inaugural ceremony was held on Ocotber 21, 2016 by Smt. Arundhati Bhattacharya, CMD, SBI. The event also witnessed gracious presence of Shri Jyoti Ghosh, CMD, SBBJ and other senior officials of SBI and SBBJ.

YMO 2016-17

Youth Money Olympiad is a national level financial literacy test which is organized by Money Wizard and Principal Mutual Fund. In 2016-17 from Banasthali Vidyapith, 1217 girl students participated in this examination.

For last two years Banasthali has won award for promoting financial literacy among girl students.
